Getting to the Market and Parking

Parking will be limited in and around Kew Junction so you may be best to get public transport (or even park a little farther away and tram to the High Street).

That said, there is on-street parking on most streets and there are three carparks – Leo’s carpark off Brougham Street, Woolworths carpark (off Walpole Street) and Fenton Way carpark (accessible only from Wellington Street).

Public transport is:

Trams: 109 and 48

Buses: 200, 207, 302 and 304

Work out your route here.

Scroll to bottom of this page for all info on COVID safety at the market.

Stallholders, activities, entertainment and toilet locations:

This year, the Twilight Christmas Market is being moved from Fenton Way carpark to the entirety of the High Street to allow for greater social distancing. Other ways we are ensuring your safety are:

  • Each map handed to attendees will have a QR code to register your attendance at the event
  • Every business and stallholder will have and adhere their own COVID plan
  • Masks are required (unless restrictions lift)
  • Every stallholder will have hand sanitiser for use
  • Event staff will be on the street between 5.30pm – 8.30pm to disperse crowds and ensure social distancing
  • Toilets will be cleaned every hour

As the state takes action to stop the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19), this event may be cancelled at short notice. Please check the FB Event page for updates
