So in 2022, Limbr was born. Three like-minded individuals combined to establish a clinic to go on that journey with you. To address all of your needs to help you get back to your best. You can access manual therapy, reformer Pilates, strength and conditioning in our gym as well as an infrared sauna for recovery.
